A 37year old mother is auctioning off her name for charity on eBay.
Eileen De Bont will take any name the highest bidder picks, but of course, it should be inoffensive.
Currently, there are 50 names to choose from which include Scunthorpe Travelodge, 007, Bond James Bond, Crystal Chanda Leir, Semi Detached House and Im'a Dufuss.
The auction will end on Sunday. She will use the winning name for a year. Her name will be changed by deed poll and use the name on her driver's license and bank account.
The highest bid so far is £1,000.
50% of the bid will go to charity while she will keep the other 50% for her kids.
If you want to bid, you may click here.
The original deed poll document will be given to the winning bidder as proof.

Now that is most different,and I guess an easy way to make a buck other than the ridiculous names that have been given.
I once had a neighbor who's name was Rose Bush. So, I would be wary of what folks come up with!
Geez, you can buy anything on eBay, can't you?
I love eBay, you can sell anything on em! :)
@steven,
times are really hard these days...
@Debbie,
That is a nice name.
We have a lawyer here in the Philippines and his surname is "Talunan" which means loser. I bet nobody wanted to get his service because his name in English is Atty. Loser.
@Hawg,
The only item that cannot be sold in eBay are humans lolz!
@norhafidz,
That is true. I hope the eBay authorities have sifted the scammers from the legitimate sellers. My aunt was scammed by a thousand bucks! She sent the payment thru Western Union and she never got the item nor heard from the seller anymore.
