Flat Belly

It is hard to loose fats on my tummy. I am sure that I am not the only one who has this issue. My job entails me to be online and sit for hours in front of the PC and that makes it impossible for me to do some regular exercising. But I really need to shed off unwanted pounds. I sure could loose some around the old waist line myself.I have developed the middle age spread as some refer to it.Eating something one likes along the way would make it much easier.
