There is a procedure called Corneal tattooing but it is usually used for patients who had eye trauma, but not in this case. This is referred to as body modification or Cosmetic Tattooing.
40 injections of blue ink are injected to the whites of the eyes in order to complete this procedure. The blue pigment was injected under the top layer of the eye with the use of a syringe and this injected the ink into the eye. The person who performed the procedure used a traditional needle but when the ink didn't hold on to the cornea, he switched on using the syringe instead.
The man in the photo below reported that all is good except that he feels like there is something in his eyes.
He looks really pretty now.

Seems like the man who underwent this procedure does not like his eyes much. He should have donated it instead to the blind who would pay anything just so he could have perfect eyesight.

Hey there Allure. I'm all for expressing yourself but I remember seeing this on the Discovery Channel and I thought it was pretty stupid. Only because I don't think it's artistic. You can't create an image in your eyeball. It's basically blotches of color and even then, it doesn't spread out evenly. It's just something that I don't see a point in doing.
2 inmates at Limon, Colorado state Pen, did the same thing. Both are "Cellies". One did his eyes in red, the other guy in blue. I guess they claimed they were the only ones in the world who had color eyes no one else has. Was on "Lockdown" on NGEO.
I like it.. I want to do my eyes black. ^_^
